I'm Natasha and I have just started studying a Bachelor of Health Science and Naturopathy, however my interest in health goes back many years.

This blog was created so that I can share my passion for health by providing you with insightful information to live and heal from a holistic perspective.

As I am not a qualified practitioner (yet), any information should be taken with consideration. However, most of the knowledge will be collated from health role models that I believe to be authentic in their practice and whose information I trust.
